购买的时候该如何判断鸭肉是否新鲜呢?

我们都知道新鲜的鸭子做出的蒸香鸭味道好,营养价值高。所以,选择这些食材,自然是越新鲜越好。但是,购买的时候该如何判断鸭肉是否新鲜呢?

1、一看“宰杀处的刀口”

新鲜的鸭蹼是有弹性的,用手指触压能很快反弹回来,表面饱满且有光泽。而放置长久的鸭蹼则是干缩无弹性,用手指压后,很难恢复原状。
