山药几种好吃又养生的做法

1、炒山药。在所有山药的做法中,炒山药是营养美味的。山药切成片或丝下锅爆炒,因加热时间短,所含营养成分,尤其是维生素C丢失得较少。比如素的有山药炒木耳、西红柿炒山药,荤的有山药炒肉片、山药炒腰花、山药炒虾仁、山药炒鸡丁等。
