原料:老鸭子一只,笋干60克,老干姜10克,盐适量,酒适量,水足量。醉仙鸭加盟

做法:老鸭子洗净,剁成大小均匀的块,笋干用温水泡发泡软捞出沥干水,姜切成片。老鸭子下沸水煮3分钟以去除血水。捞出,过冷水。
